Job Summary

Executive Jet Management (Europe) Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Pilot in Command to lead the flight operations of assigned aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, security, comfort, and exemplary service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage flight operations of assigned aircraft in accordance with stipulated standards and regulations.
  • Identify and propose improvements to key processes and procedures to enhance operational excellence.
  • Perform continual inspection flights to check performance and professional standards of flight crew members.
  • Review aeroplane equipment and stay current on new equipment and flight operational requirements.
  • Ensure publication of fleet-specific directives and procedures for crew members.
  • Support Training & Standards department in defining fleet-specific remedial training for crew members.
  • Discuss fleet-relevant maintenance subjects and problems with Maintenance department.
  • Support Safety department on fleet-specific safety investigations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • Previous experience as Pilot in Command.
  • Airline Transport Pilot Licence with appropriate type ratings.
  • European Union class 1 medical.
  • Multi-crew experience (500 hours).
  • Extensive European flight experience.
  • Clear demonstration of excellent performance.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English (preferably level 6), and a knowledge of two or more European languages is an advantage.
