About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business as a Financial Controller. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business performance
  2. Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes
  3. Manage financial reporting, management accounts, and identify opportunities for process improvements
  4. Monitor cash flow and currency requirements
  5. Support year-end audit processes
  6. Analyse costs and KPIs against budget and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements

We are seeking a qualified accountant with good technical experience and a strong understanding of financial systems and processes. Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is desirable, as is proficiency in MS Excel.
