Job Title: Apprentice Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the profitability of our foreign exchange bureau.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operation of the bureau, increasing its exposure and developing new business leads.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to drive business growth through social media, events, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor local competition and manage rates and margins effectively on a daily basis.
  • Accurately reconcile cash and manage stock levels of foreign currency.
  • Minimise risk and mitigate errors, ensuring the security of the bureau.
Requirements:
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service experience.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Passionate about travel and tourism.
