We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Reed. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Manage a residential portfolio with daily precision, ensuring compliance with letting agent responsibilities and Repairing Standards.
- Client Relationships: Establish and maintain excellent client relationships, adeptly resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate both reactive and planned maintenance for properties, sourcing and managing contractors effectively.
- Complaint Handling: Handle complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Property Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are met, communicating consistently with landlords.
- Financial Management: Accurately recharge for repair services rendered, process deposit releases, and negotiate dilapidation claims to satisfactory resolutions.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, with ARLA (Propertymark) accreditation.
- A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus a £3,000 car allowance and business mileage reimbursement.
- 22 days of holiday, increasing to 25 days after 5 years, alongside 8 statutory days with the option to take 4 on non-bank holidays.
- BUPA healthcare coverage commences after the first year.
