Essential Qualifications:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Teaching Qualification such as SSSA or Mentorship in Practice, or equivalent experience
- 60 Credit Critical Care Course

- Strong written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the specialty and the ability to organize ward activities while demonstrating initiative
