Job Title: Caregiver for Complex Care

Are you passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs? Do you have a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at HFH Healthcare.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Caregiver to provide specialist care to adults and children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist care to adults and children with complex needs, including epilepsy and seizure management
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and complex medication administration
  • Support individuals with complex behaviors and challenging needs
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays

Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
