Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at General Mills. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our products, taking into account historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Work closely with our distributors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with demand planning software.
- Experience working with advanced planning and replenishment systems (JDA, o9, OMP, Kinaxis).
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and application.
- German language skills.
