Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to budget and schedule, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with tradespeople, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans utilizing scoping tools and industry best practices.
  • Effectively manage resources to optimize productivity and achieve profitability targets.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation, including on-site reports, contracts, and invoices, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality management, health & safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and provide training to team members on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate timely delivery of supplies to project sites.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using scoping tools and project management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
