Key Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:

  • Prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks efficiently.
  • Reschedule jobs that deviate from the planned program.
  • Assist in managing contract requirements across various projects.
  • Handle incoming calls and schedule a diverse range of works.
  • Validate each job to ensure all necessary information is available.
  • Manage relationships with customers and clients effectively.
  • Ensure all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time within our internal system.
  • Provide a responsive and flexible approach to operational challenges, maintaining service delivery levels and aligning program works with contract specifications and the capabilities of engineers and supervisors.
