Key Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:
- Prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks efficiently.
- Reschedule jobs that deviate from the planned program.
- Assist in managing contract requirements across various projects.
- Handle incoming calls and schedule a diverse range of works.
- Validate each job to ensure all necessary information is available.
- Manage relationships with customers and clients effectively.
- Ensure all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time within our internal system.
- Provide a responsive and flexible approach to operational challenges, maintaining service delivery levels and aligning program works with contract specifications and the capabilities of engineers and supervisors.
