Role Overview:As a Part-Time SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the inclusion and development of students with special educational needs. Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you will contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies outlined by the SENCo.
- Relevant qualifications in Special Education or related field.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
