We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Active Care Group, specializing in neurological rehabilitation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and neurological degenerative conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for clients with complex neurological needs.
- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
- Develop and maintain advanced skills in neurological rehabilitation, including the use of cutting-edge technology and innovative therapies.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.
- Recognized qualification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 3-5 years post-graduate experience in neurological rehabilitation.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working within a neurological care and rehabilitation setting.
