We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Psychologist to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and leading our new Primary Care/VCSE Hub, promoting psychologically-informed ways of working and developing peer support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the Primary Care/VCSE Hub, working closely with the Consultant Psychologist/Pathway Lead to deliver a psychologically-informed training and consultation/supervision offer.
- Co-develop innovative approaches to increase psychological awareness and management of emotional and relational difficulties in communities.
- Work with an expert by experience lead to develop peer-led initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of innovative approaches.
- Have the opportunity to work clinically within secondary care provision for people with relational and emotional needs, depending on your interests.
