We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough medical assessments of individuals to determine the impact of their disabilities or conditions on their work life.
- Use your clinical expertise to gather information and make informed decisions.
- Produce accurate and concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) to inform benefit decisions.
- Meet with individuals face-to-face and via telephone/video to gather information and assess their needs.
- Qualified Physiotherapist with a strong clinical background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- IT skills and experience of using a range of software.
