Cielo is seeking a talented and passionate Art Director to lead our creative vision and elevate our brand identity.

As the Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cielo's visual communication strategy across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative and impactful designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of compelling graphic design solutions for a wide range of projects, including print advertising, digital campaigns, website assets, social media content, and brand collateral.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative concepts that align with Cielo's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and messaging.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience as an Art Director or similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
