We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Creative Editor to join our editorial team at Ignition Creative London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting industry-leading creative materials for the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities- Originate, adapt, and cut down trailers, promos, spots, social media content, and other forms of AV marketing materials for our entertainment clients.
- Approach work from unique angles and find innovative ways to present characters, stories, and themes.
- Be a critical thinker of work, including your own, and find creative solutions that meet project briefs by collaborating with various teams.
- Prioritize your workload to hit all deadlines, communicate with all involved about your schedule, and update with any changes.
- 2+ years' experience in an agency, production company, studio, or broadcaster.
- Examples of your work, either public-facing or fan-made.
- High proficiency in Avid Media Composer, working proficiency in Premiere, and understanding of Logic.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring all correspondence is accurate and timely.
- Strong understanding of editing techniques, music editing, sound design, plugins, and how they can elevate a creative.
- Understanding of different forms and structures of short-form AV marketing assets and their purpose.
- Demonstrable love of cinema and TV.
