Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Law Specialist to join our team. As a Construction Projects Advisor, you will advise clients on all types of construction projects, including commercial, retail, energy, urban regeneration, and infrastructure. Your expertise will include advice on procurement routes, drafting and negotiating construction agreements, and assisting in the preparation of various construction documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on all types of construction projects, including commercial, retail, energy, urban regeneration, and infrastructure.
  • Provide expertise on procurement routes, including standard form contracts and bespoke agreements.
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating construction agreements, including standard form contracts and bespoke agreements.
  • Prepare various construction documents, including guarantees, bonds, collateral warranties, and ancillary documents.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their construction needs and provide tailored advice.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in law.
  • Training and 2-3 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law, gained from a high-quality non-contentious construction practice.
  • Good experience of, and an interest in, construction and infrastructure projects.
