Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at Dalata Hotel Group. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and maximizing market share for our hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve budget targets and ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with other hotels in the Dalata Hotel Group to support group revenue strategy.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Manage hotel rates strategy and achieve optimal room revenue.
- 5 years of experience as a revenue manager in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Business development experience.
- Experience in using the OPERA system.
- IDEAS Revenue Management System experience preferred.
