Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer - Change Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring effective, safe, and stable change management techniques are incorporated into all business processes and toolsets. This role is crucial in safeguarding the design intent, product delivery, schedule, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with change implementation.
  • Design and implement effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Assess and control the downstream consumption of data to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product information.

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand technical drawings and data.
  • Broad manufacturing and installation knowledge/experience, preferably in heavy engineering projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Trade background, electrical/man eng, pipework, engineering trades.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in change management/config control.
  • Experience in planning.
  • Working knowledge of TeamCenter & SAP.
