Job Purpose:

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards of quality workmanship, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and attend to their requirements promptly
  • Obtain and record customer/vehicle details and accurate descriptions of work to be carried out
  • Liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on workshop progress
  • Inform customers of any delays or issues
  • Maintain workshop loading systems
  • Prepare invoices and receive payments
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Ensure workshop loading utilises full labour potential
  • Record warranty information on job cards
  • Liaise with parts department regarding parts on order
  • Filing job cards and documentation
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service/administrative experience
  • Flexible approach and positive attitude
  • Motor trade experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in selling/customer service environment
  • Full driving licence
  • Evidence of Right to Work in the UK
