We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in an exciting outdoor brand in a busy tourist location.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and be able to bring that energy to their store, creating an exceptional environment for customers to shop and inspiring the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and retail sales across the store
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
  • Manage the store KPI's including P&L, Audit Customer service
  • Keep the team's technical product knowledge up to date
  • Report to the area manager

Requirements:

  • Passion for the outdoors
  • Retail experience at either Supervisor, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level
  • Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
  • Track record of driving sales and performance
  • Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress to the next level in their retail career. We are open to speaking to candidates with the right drive to build their retail management career. Previous experience working with fashion is desirable but not essential.
