  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, serving as an advocate for the organization.
  • Assist with recruitment, ensuring that interviews meet legal guidelines and company standards.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to the Restaurant Manager and General Manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and restaurant food production.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
