About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality engineering service in support of our operational targets.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with the Engineering Team Lead to complete the full range of maintenance activities across our installed asset base. This will include rapidly diagnosing and resolving both mechanical, electrical, and basic control & instrumentation faults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality engineering service in support of operational targets
  • Complete the full range of maintenance activities across the installed asset base
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic control & instrumentation faults
  • Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead to achieve operational targets
About You

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a minimum L3 engineering qualification or an apprenticeship-trained Engineer who can rapidly diagnose and resolve problems and lead maintenance and continuous improvement activity.

Candidates from an FMCG/food background would be highly desirable, however, we will consider candidates from other backgrounds. Ex-military are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum L3 engineering qualification or time served
  • Multi-skilled background - either biased
  • Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions
  • Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail
  • Experience working on processing equipment: pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment
  • If you have worked on the following manufacturer's equipment, this would be highly advantageous - Sidel, Tetra, Krones, KHS, Adpak, Sig etc
