Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Broster Buchanan. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain consolidated financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Conduct regional and cost centre analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Regional Finance Directors to ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning and analysis
  • Provide high-quality coaching and supervision to the established team
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Adhere to accounting standards and policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Professional Accountancy Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial planning and analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
