Senior Sales and Business Development Executive - New Homes

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge in the luxury property market? Do you have a proven track record of success in selling new homes and developments?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling properties and developments in the Exeter area, working closely with our business development team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, ideally in the new homes market, and a good understanding of the Exeter housing market. You will be a confident and charismatic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling properties and developments in the Exeter area

  • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in the new homes market
