Senior Sales Executive / Business Development - New Homes

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs). As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development in the new homes sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work with our business development team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the new homes market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, builders, and property agents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new home sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
