About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Basildon. As a key member of our Auto Services business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within site guidelines to ensure the efficient workflow of job cards and meet volume targets.
  • Identify fast track repairs, ensure accurate parts orders, and follow purchase procedures.
  • Review repair methodologies to ensure cost-effectiveness and collaborate with policyholders and engineering functions.
  • Provide service level agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs and non-related damage.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Achieve and maintain standard methodology and lean activities as instructed by business strategy.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor with a strong background in vehicle repair methods, Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification. You will be enthusiastic, upbeat, and committed to delivering the best repair service.
