About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Forensic Community Service team in West London. As a Senior Police Liaison Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a proactive assessment, liaison, and diversion service in two Police Custody Suites within the West London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psycho-social assessments of individuals in police custody
  • Develop and implement effective risk management plans to ensure the safety of individuals and the community
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide a seamless service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with current registration or similar professional qualification
  • Meaningful evidence of continuing professional development and post-registration training
  • Competence in relation to clinical information systems, spreadsheets, databases
