The Team Member Role

We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure our Team Members have the skills and knowledge to excel in their role. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food to our high standards, and working collaboratively as part of a friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food to our high standards, including our signature Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, and Nachos
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our business objectives and provide a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and hygiene

Requirements

  • Consistency and attention to detail in preparing and serving food
  • Motivation and enthusiasm as part of a team and as an individual
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work additional shifts when mutually agreed

Qualifications and Experience

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Ability to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
