Food and Beverage Team Member Opportunity


About the Role


The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Hardwick Hall in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback

Requirements


  • No prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
