Join Our Team as a Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our service users, enabling them to reach their full potential. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Providing emotional support and social interaction
  • Accompanying service users to community activities and outings
  • Maintaining a safe and well-maintained environment
