We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Labour Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Sainsbury's. As a Labour Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of our Labour Model. Your primary focus will be on implementing changes and improvements aligned with our Labour Strategy, aiming to enhance customer and colleague experience.

• Support the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of our Labour Model
• Implement changes and improvements aligned with our Labour Strategy
• Interrogate and challenge the effectiveness of our labour processes
• Propose improvements based on insightful data analysis and experience
• Utilise ADAPT to model business cases and provide accurate data for decision-making
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to produce timely period update data and ensure the upkeep and integrity of Store Labour setup

• Highly analytical and solution-oriented individual
• Deep understanding of store operations and retail labour processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Kronos Workforce Management Systems and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret and articulate data
