Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a versatile catering service that caters to customers' diverse needs
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring nutritional balance and quality
  • Promote and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor and order stock, receiving deliveries and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a catering environment, with knowledge of cooking for various groups
  • Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Proven knowledge of health and safety procedures and operation of catering equipment
  • Friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Level 2 Diploma in Catering and Hospitality, or equivalent knowledge
