Role Responsibilities

As a Child Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to create a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for the children, making their time with us feel like a delightful getaway.

Your duties will include:

  • Organizing engaging and stimulating activities such as outings to the cinema, bowling, dining experiences, sports, shopping trips, and local excursions.
  • Supporting children in developing independent living skills and assisting with personal care.
  • Encouraging and guiding children to express themselves freely and confidently.
Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking individuals who can showcase their ability to support children with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A warm and engaging personality that fosters a safe and welcoming environment for vulnerable children.
  • Experience or a strong desire to work with children requiring additional support.
