About the Role:

Volkswagen Financial Services UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Internal Audit team as an Internal Audit Placement. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting audit managers in completing internal audits, assisting with various tasks such as analytical reviews, research, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support audit managers in completing internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist the Internal Audit team with various tasks, including analytical reviews, research, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Conduct reviews of past projects to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying in a degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
