A seasoned Legal Risk & Compliance professional with a passion for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), regulatory compliance, and conflict management is sought after by AJ FOX COMPLIANCE to lead their compliance strategy and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy to ensure the firm's adherence to evolving regulations.
  • Oversee risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive innovation and best practices across the firm.
  • Manage, develop, and grow a dedicated team of compliance professionals.
  • Ensure the firm's compliance program is effective, efficient, and aligned with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in compliance, preferably at an international law firm.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team of compliance professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
