We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically excellent audiologist or clinical scientist to lead and shape paediatric audiology services in the acute setting.
Key Responsibilities- To oversee and participate in paediatric hearing tests, hearing aid provision, and diagnostic tests for babies.
- To shape policy and strategic direction for paediatric services in the department.
- To demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and organisation ability.
- To develop and ratify standard operating procedures based on modern evidence-based practice.
- To innovate on clinical procedures in terms of outcome measures, quality assurance practices based on current best practice and national protocols.
