About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team at Homecarers Liverpool. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to our high standards of documentation and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a domiciliary care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our service users.
  • Basic knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Valid DBS check and references.
