About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Carer to join our team at Homecarers Liverpool. As a Domiciliary Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support service users with their medication and mobility needs
  • Encourage and support service users to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a domiciliary care role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
