**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Female Team Leader to join our supported living service at Accomplish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective supervision to a small team of Support workers and creating and managing an effective and fair rota to ensure all shifts are covered.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Providing support to service users with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, medication, daily living skills, and accessing the community on a rota basis.
  • Ensuring all new starters are inducted effectively and supported through probation.
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating service user care plans and risk assessments.
  • Participating in the local on-call and covering sleep-in shifts as needed.

**Requirements**

  • A positive attitude and passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • Full manual driving license and use of a car is desirable.
  • Must hold an NVQ Level 3 or 2 years experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader.
