About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bottling Operative to join our team at Greene King, the country's leading pub company and brewer. As a Bottling Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and adhere to our health and safety culture, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and colleagues.
- Complete daily reports to ensure key performance measures are met, including yield, output, productivity, CCP compliance, and traceability.
- Ensure all products are produced to customer specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage critical control points and notify engineering to resolve any breakdowns.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to high standards for unannounced audits.
- Work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with scheduled working patterns notified 10 days in advance.
Requirements
- Experience in production processes, plant technology, and following policies with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to take on challenges, adapt to new situations, and contribute to a cohesive team.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity to reduce waste and improve processes.
- Personal pride in work, ensuring a conscientious approach to all tasks.
- FLT License, counterbalance, and reach would be advantageous.
