Your role will encompass the introduction of new methodologies and protocols, establishing quality benchmarks, promoting ongoing enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manufacturing workflows and pinpoint potential issues and discrepancies.
  • Address quality concerns through effective problem-solving and root-cause analysis methodologies.
  • Assist in prototype, sample, and controlled product change builds throughout pre-production and production phases.
  • Conduct internal product and system evaluations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of NVQ/HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering field.
  • Familiarity with engineering standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and AS9100.
  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in data presentation and identifying areas for improvement through analysis.
  • Capability to complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).

Essential Information:

  • Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
  • Compensation: £35,000–£40,000
