Salary: £55k- £60k Plus package

We are delighted to be working with a regional developer seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee circa 2 projects which could exceed 100+ units.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the design process from planning application stage through to project completion.
  2. Ensure external consultant designs are built correctly in accordance with the design, budget, and to a high-quality.
  3. Provide technical support from inception to build and completion.

Candidates will ideally have a volume new build residential background and be confident in delivering unit sites.

You will be able to work autonomously on your projects while being a valued and integral part of a larger team, taking ownership of your projects from start to finish. You will also work with and mentor a technical coordinator on projects.

In return, the company can offer a competitive salary which is DOE and will range from £55k- £60k per annum plus allowance and other benefits. Happy to offer working from home after a period of time learning systems and company processes.
