Occupational Therapist

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Stroke and Neurology team. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients with stroke and neurological conditions.
Main Duties- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients with stroke and neurological conditions
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and interventions to promote independence and functional ability
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the service
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has:
- Postgraduate experience working in stroke and neurology
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
