Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business is a leading innovator in the treatment of heart disease. We are seeking a highly skilled Country Financial Controller to partner with our Commercial Country Leader and Regional Controller to drive the financial performance of our UK & Ireland operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and expansion.
- Ensure financial compliance with all relevant internal and external standards.
- Drive financial analysis and decision-making to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Provide financial guidance and support to country leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with commercial leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
