About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in the success of our branch, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the team in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-class service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in the processing of customer orders, answering phone calls, and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Deal with supplier deliveries and accurately book them into the branch.
  • Support the team in achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Participate in the development programme, gaining a Level 3 First Line Manager qualification and developing skills in sales and operations.

Training and Development
