We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Support Worker to join our team in the Children and Young People's Excess Weight Clinic. The successful candidate will work closely with families and children to promote healthy lifestyles and support weight management.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver family support programs to promote healthy eating and physical activity
- Work with families to identify and address barriers to healthy lifestyles
- Provide education and support to families on healthy eating and physical activity
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct home visits and community outreach to engage with families and promote healthy lifestyles
