About Strativ Group: Strativ Group is a leading provider of quality assurance services to the automotive industry. We are committed to delivering excellence in quality and reliability, and we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met during the new product introduction phase.
  • Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide quality input to ensure manufacturability and reliability of new products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer - NPI, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in APQP/PPAP processes.
  • Experience with various manufacturing processes and components, including casting, machining, molding, assembly, and fabrications.
  • Understanding of geometric design and tolerancing.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, quality tools, and techniques.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with intercultural and interpersonal proficiency.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to support regular domestic and international travel to suppliers and customers, and holder of a valid driving license.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent engineering education qualifications or experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of automotive technology and product development.
  • Auditor training to ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
  • Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
