CLO Operations Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our CLO operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all duties to the highest standard, working closely with the portfolio managers and contributing to the success of our CLO deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio surveillance and monitoring
  • Warehouse and deal closing experience
  • Loan and bond administration
  • Indenture and offering memorandum knowledge
  • WSO and WSO Compliance system familiarity

The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years' experience on CLO 1.0 and CLO 2.0 deals, with a strong understanding of EU and US CLOs. They will be expected to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in portfolio surveillance
  • Warehouse and deal closing experience
  • Knowledge of loan and bond administration
  • Knowledge of indenture and offering memorandums
  • System familiarity with WSO and WSO Compliance
