We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our innovation efforts and drive the development of new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role:

As the Head of NPD/Innovation, you will be responsible for managing the innovation process from end to end, working closely with the Founder and internal teams to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for ideating new product ideas, scoping out market trends, and translating them into commercially viable NPD ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including product development, marketing, and operations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and third-parties to bring new products to market
  • Manage the full NPD life-cycle, from concept to launch

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of extending a category or taking a brand/product into a new area or space
  • Background working in a senior NPD/Innovation role within FMCG
  • Experience working on innovation/NPD for multiple SKUs and products
  • Blue-Sky Innovation approach and growth mind-set
  • Hands-on, roll your sleeves up attitude
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
