Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join our Local Authority Recoveries Team as a Team Leader. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing efforts to recover public money and provide expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Solicitors and Paralegals, ensuring they meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Forge lasting relationships with our Local Authority clients and motivate your team to deliver excellent results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain our excellent reputation for consistent recovery results and outstanding client care.
Requirements

We are looking for a Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in debt recovery and enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management and motivating a team of professionals.
